Owner Kerri Blair

Since 1987 Kerri has been a licensed cosmetologist and instructor. She serves as a master colorist and regional instructor for It&ly Hairfashions. Prior to opening Kerri's Avenue Salon in 2005, she was the lead instructor and COO of Premier College of Cosmetology.

Her professional accomplishments include working “on-set” with various theatrical productions, television commercials, print photo shoots and fashion shows. She was even hired to create “period looks” for an indie movie production.

She prides herself on offering a high level of service at an affordable price. She has a true passion for the art and science of hair design, and loves to bring that passion to her clients.

Kerri serves as a board member for Women’s Business Owners of Michiana, and frequently works with other business-to-business organizations.

Salon Manager/Designer Lindsay Vaerewyck

Born and raised in South Bend, Lindsay completed her training at Premier College of Cosmetology in 2004. She then completed her Cosmetology Instructor training in 2005,and was a practicing instructor until 2009. She is now an in-salon certified educator for IT&LY Hairfashions. 

Designer Allisea (Ali) Horvath

A South Bend native, Ali graduated in 2005 from Marian High School and completed training at Premier College of Cosmetology in 2006.   She enjoys creating up-dos for any occasion. In her free time, Allisea enjoys painting, is a fan of the local Silverhawks baseball team and is the salon "travel agent".

Master Designer Caroline Pearman

Born in England, Caroline came to the U.S. as a schoolgirl.  She is a master designer with years of experience at a number of salons in the area, and counts multiple generations of families as loyal clients.

Designer Jessica Szczerba

Reared in Minnesota but relocated to South Bend, Jess also trained at Premier College of Cosmetology.  She has a special place in her heart for fine hair, and "curly girls".  Knitting and books are favorite pastimes.
